I VOIVOD pubblicano il video di “Obsolete Beings”, il primo estratto dal nuovo album “The Wake”, in arrivo il 21 settembre 2018 su Century Media Records. Il video è stato diretto ed editato da Eric Massicotte e Pierre Duplessis.

VOIVOD’s “The Wake” is the highly anticipated successor to 2013’s “Target Earth” album as well as the 2016 mini-album “Post Society”. The album was recorded and mixed by Francis Perron at RadicArt Recording Studio in Canada and its artwork (as well as the art for the attached singles, to be seen above!) was once again created by VOIVOD drummer Michel “Away” Langevin.

VOIVOD, who are currently celebrating their 35th band-anniversary, will begin a first European touring run in support of “The Wake” with rotating support by Maggot Heart (from 7th until 16th Sept), Nightrage (from 18th until 26th Sept) and Bio-Cancer (from 28th Sept until 20th Oct) on September 7th.
